Do you offer onsite or in studio services?

Both! We just opened a new studio located in Chester, VA. Our studio can accommodate up to a party of 12. Both hair and makeup services can be preformed in studio. We have 2 makeup stations and 2 styling stations. For most weddings we come to the venue but are happy to offer both options. Most trials are preformed in studio.

Do you offer traditional or airbrush makeup and are lashes included in the cost?

Our makeup services include traditional application and false lashes. Brides often ask which is better, airbrush or traditional. The answer is neither. Both are great products, are lightweight and have great coverage. The most important thing when choosing a makeup artist is finding someone you can trust and fits the look you are going for.

How much time is needed to preform each service?

It takes about 45 mins per person for each service. Before your wedding we send beauty forms to everyone receiving services. This helps us better create a wedding timeline. When creating a timeline we always include set up time, touch up time and run over time. Once we finalize the timeline we send it to the bride and day of contact.

How do you accommodate large parties?

With years of experience we have learned to cut down on timing without compromising the end result. We also have a large team and can assign multiple stylists/artists and/or assistants to your wedding. Our studio has the ability to service 4 people at 1 time.

Are trial runs available before booking my wedding?

Trial runs are available for the bride only. Trial cost includes the cost of services plus a $250 holding fee that ensures your wedding is not booked by another bride. The holding fee holds your wedding date up to 1 week after the trial is preformed. If you book your wedding with us (within the given timeframe) the $250 holding fee gets deducted from your wedding total. Trials are non-refundable.

How do I book my wedding?

First step is to fill out the booking inquiry form. A quote will be provided and if you are ready for next steps you will be sent a contract to look over and sign. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Weddings are considered booked when the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.

What if my wedding gets postponed/canceled or rescheduled?

We take pride that we have never had to cancel on a bride. If for whatever reason we are unable to provide services we will 1) provide backup from our own team if available 2) provide a full refund minus an admin fee of $250. If the bride chooses to cancel/postpone or reschedule for any reason no refund will be given. 

Can my services be adjusted after booking?

To ensure we have enough availability from our team it is best if you can get a finalized number before booking. However we are able to adjust services up to 30 days prior to your wedding as long as time permits and our team has availability.
